01. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the kp222 platform, including visitors who browse without registering, registered players who hold an active account, and any person who uses any feature, tool, game, or service offered through kp222. The act of creating an account on kp222 constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific promotions, games, or services.

Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any promotion-specific terms published on the kp222 platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and kp222 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements — whether written or oral — relating to the subject matter herein.

02. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use kp222, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You are accessing the platform on your own behalf, not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from kp222 or had an account closed for Terms violations.
• You are not depositing funds sourced from unlawful activities.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of kp222, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

Age Verification

kp222 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) age verification as a standard part of the account verification process. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo identification document (such as a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate) to confirm your age and identity. Withdrawals will not be processed until age and identity verification is successfully completed. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period, or where documentation reveals ineligibility, will be suspended or closed.

Geographic Eligibility

kp222 is operated and marketed primarily for players based in Bangladesh. 03. Account Registration

Accuracy of Information

Where multiple accounts are identified, kp222 reserves the right to:

• Close all duplicate accounts without prior notice.
• Confiscate any winnings, bonuses, or promotional credits accrued across duplicate accounts.
• Permanently ban the player from registering again on the platform.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. kp222 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access was made possible by your failure to secure your credentials. Account Currency

kp222 accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All deposits, bets, bonuses, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in BDT. No currency conversion is applied on the kp222 platform — what you deposit is what you see in your account balance, without any exchange-rate markup or hidden conversion fee.

04. Deposits & Withdrawals

kp222 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of payment methods that are widely used across Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, and bank transfers to major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment is made from an account held by someone other than the registered kp222 player — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are processed only to a verified payment method registered in the same name as the kp222 account holder.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. This is a strict anti-money-laundering requirement.
• Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within one Bangladeshi business day.

• Winnings derived from fraudulent activity, bonus exploitation, or any violation of these Terms may be withheld in full pending investigation.

Refused and Reversed Transactions

kp222 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects is associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held pending investigation and, where fraud is confirmed, may be permanently confiscated and reported to the relevant authorities.

05. Bonuses & Promotions

kp222 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, which form part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read in conjunction with them.

General Bonus Rules

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses are issued in BDT and credited to your bonus balance. Real-money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately in your account.
• Each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate accounts or third-party assistance will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.

Bonus Abuse

kp222 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse. Patterns including but not limited to low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of free bet offers, or coordinated abuse involving multiple accounts will be considered bonus abuse. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

Seasonal and Event Promotions

kp222 runs special promotional campaigns during key periods including BPL season, IPL, T20 World Cup fixtures, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other events relevant to the Bangladeshi calendar. These promotions carry their own specific terms published at launch and are subject to the general bonus rules described in this section.

06. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kp222 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

• Underage gambling: Any attempt by a person under 18 to register or use the platform, or any facilitation of such access by an adult.
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per individual player for any reason.
• Identity fraud: Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
• Match-fixing: Placing bets with knowledge of pre-arranged outcomes in any sporting event.

07. Account Closure & Suspension

Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your kp222 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and your remaining balance (after any applicable bonus deductions) will be returned to your verified payment method. Accounts enrolled in self-exclusion programmes follow the terms specific to those programmes and may not be reopened before the exclusion period expires.

Suspension and Closure by kp222

kp222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 06.
• Receipt of a legal order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account action.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or wagering activity.

Inactive Account Policy

Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. kp222 will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder via the registered email address before applying any dormant account administration fee. The applicable fee structure will be communicated at that time and will not exceed the remaining account balance.

08. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kp222 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the kp222 platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from technical faults, server downtime, payment processing errors, or interruptions to game availability.
• Losses resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials or your voluntary disclosure of credentials to a third party.
• Gambling losses arising from the normal operation of any game or betting market on the platform.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, odds, statistics, or content published on the platform.
• Losses caused by force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, internet infrastructure failures, or government-mandated platform restrictions.

Platform Availability

kp222 aims to provide continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency fixes, or external technical factors may temporarily affect platform access. kp222 will make reasonable efforts to minimise downtime and communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where possible.

Game Integrity

All games and betting markets on kp222 are provided by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or odds feed failure, kp222 reserves the right to void any affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned. kp222 is not liable for losses arising from a game malfunction that results in an incorrect display of odds, payouts, or game outcomes.
